If you need help with your business listing on LocalZ — whether it’s a technical issue, ownership concern, or content update — the LocalZ Support Team is here to assist you. You can reach out through one of three support channels.
When to Contact SupportYou can’t access your claimed listing

1. Submit a Ticket via the Help Center
This is the preferred method for most issues.
Go to the LocalZ Help Center
Select the appropriate topic
Fill out the support form with all necessary details
Submit your request and wait for a response via email
2. Start a Live Chat Session
Live Chat is available during business hours
Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the website
Type your question to start a conversation with a support agent

You can also send your issue by email to: [email protected]
Include your name, business name, listing URL, and a description of your issue
To help resolve your issue faster, include:
Your full name and email address
The business name and location
A direct link to the listing (if possible)
A clear explanation of the problem
Any screenshots or attachments (optional but helpful)
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted
A support team member will review and respond within 1–2 business days
Most issues are resolved quickly, especially if all information is provided up front
