Marketplace Rules and Guidelines

All vendors on the LocalZ Marketplace are required to follow a standard set of rules to ensure consistency, fairness, and a high-quality experience for all users. These guidelines apply to store setup, product listings, communication, and order fulfillment.
General ConductVendors must maintain professional and respectful communication with customers and the LocalZ support team.
Accounts must be kept up to date with accurate business and contact information.
Vendor activity should reflect a commitment to quality service and timely order processing.
All products must be physical goods that can be shipped.
Each listing must include a clear product name, description, price, and high-quality images.
Product titles and descriptions must be accurate and free of misleading or exaggerated claims.
Listings must include all costs in the displayed price, including shipping.
Duplicate listings for the same product are not allowed.
Vendors must include free shipping in the price of each product.
Orders must be fulfilled within the specified time frame set in your store settings.
Vendors are responsible for packaging and delivering orders to the appropriate shipping provider.
Tracking information should be added to each order when available.
Vendors must clearly state their return policy in their storefront.
Return requests must be acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner.
Vendors are responsible for issuing refunds according to their published policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
The following items are not allowed on the LocalZ Marketplace:
Digital products or downloads
Illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items
Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
Items requiring special licensing or age verification
Services (these should be listed under the Business Directory, not the Marketplace)
Storefronts must include a store name, banner, logo, and business description.
All visual content must be owned by the vendor or properly licensed.
Brand messaging must be appropriate for a general audience.
Vendors who violate these rules may receive a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Marketplace.
Repeated or serious violations may lead to account termination without prior notice.
LocalZ reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time.
