  1. Log in to your Vendor Dashboard

  2. Go to Coupons in the main menu

  3. Click Add New Coupon to begin creating a promotion

Types of Discounts You Can Offer

You can create several types of discounts:

  • Fixed Cart Discount: A specific dollar amount off the entire cart (e.g., $10 off any order)

  • Percentage Discount: A percentage off the cart total (e.g., 15% off)

  • Product-Specific Discount: Apply a discount to specific products only

Choose the type that best fits your promotional goals.

Required Coupon Fields

When setting up a coupon, you’ll need to provide:

  • Coupon Code: The code customers will enter at checkout (e.g., SPRING15)

  • Description: Internal notes to help you identify the purpose of the coupon

  • Discount Type: Fixed cart, percentage, or product-specific

  • Discount Amount: The value of the discount

Optional Coupon Settings

You can also customize:

  • Product Restrictions: Limit the coupon to specific products only

  • Minimum Spend: Require a minimum order total before the coupon can be used

  • Maximum Spend: Prevent use on very large orders

  • Usage Limit: Limit the total number of times the coupon can be used (e.g., 50 times)

  • Usage Limit Per Customer: Limit the number of times a single customer can use the coupon

  • Start and End Date: Schedule a coupon to run during a specific time frame

Applying the Coupon

Once created:

  1. Customers can enter the coupon code at checkout

  2. The system will automatically apply the discount if all conditions are met

  3. You can track coupon usage from the Coupons tab in your dashboard
