Reporting an Issue or Inaccurate Referral

If you believe there’s a problem with one of your referrals, commissions, or account details, the LocalZ Support Team is available to investigate and resolve the issue. Accurate tracking is essential to the fairness and success of the LCA program, and we’re here to ensure your referrals are credited properly.


What You Can Report

  • A business signed up using your referral but doesn’t appear in your dashboard

  • A referral was credited to the wrong affiliate

  • Your commission amount seems incorrect

  • A sign-up was not counted within the expected 60-day window

  • A known referral didn’t trigger a commission after the 14-day clearing period

  • You believe your referral link or QR code is not tracking properly


How to Report an Issue

Use one of the following methods to report the problem:

1. Submit a Ticket

  • Go to the LocalZ Help Center

  • Choose “Affiliate Program Support”

  • Include all relevant details: business name, sign-up date, your affiliate link, etc.

2. Email Support

  • Send your report to [email protected]

  • Include your name, email address, and a clear explanation of the issue

  • If possible, attach a screenshot of confirmation messages or communications with the business

3. Live Chat

  • For quick questions or immediate troubleshooting, use the Live Chat option during business hours


What Happens After You Report

  • The Support Team will review your account and referral activity

  • If a mistake is found, we’ll correct it and adjust your commission total if needed

  • You’ll be notified of the outcome, usually within 1–2 business days

  • If the issue can’t be verified, we’ll explain the reason clearly


Important Reminders

  • Referrals must use your official affiliate link or QR code

  • Businesses must sign up within the 60-day cookie window

  • Commission clearing requires 14 days after a successful subscription

  • Payouts only occur once you’ve reached the $50 minimum threshold
