As a LocalZ Community Affiliate (LCA), you’re never on your own. If you run into issues with your account, referrals, or payouts — or if you just have a question — the LocalZ Support Team is here to help.


Ways to Contact Support

You can reach the LocalZ Marketplace Admin through any of the following support channels:


1. Submit a Ticket

  • Visit the LocalZ Help Center

  • Select “Affiliate Program Support”

  • Fill out the ticket form with your question or issue

  • You’ll receive a response via email


2. Start a Live Chat Session

  • Look for the Live Chat icon in the bottom corner of the LocalZ website

  • Available during business hours

  • Ideal for quick questions or account assistance


3. Email Support

  • You can email directly at [email protected]

  • Be sure to include your name, affiliate email, and a clear description of the issue

  • Attach screenshots if relevant


Common Reasons to Contact Support

  • Trouble accessing your Affiliate Dashboard

  • Questions about your referral link or QR code

  • Discrepancies in your referral count or commissions

  • Questions about payout status

  • Technical issues with your account or sign-up process

  • Reporting potential errors or misuse


What to Include in Your Message

To speed up support:

  • Always include your full name and email address used during registration

  • Add your PayPal email if asking about payments

  • Include a listing URL or business name if the issue is related to a specific referral

  • Attach any screenshots or error messages if applicable


Support Response Times

  • Most inquiries are answered within 1–2 business days

  • Urgent issues are prioritized during payout cycles or active campaigns
